Zengcheng flowering cabbage, a well-known agricultural product of Guangzhou, is not just a food material but, over the years, has also become a part of local culture and a symbol of said culture. The total output of Zengchesng flowering cabbage of 60,000 mu is expected to reach 140,000 tons this year.
