Century Sage Scientific (CSS) has completed a rebranding process and changed its name to “Be Friends Holding Limited.”?

CSS Group has acquired Making Friends, a?multi-channel network backed by?Smartisan founder?LUO Yonghao, to allow a backdoor listing.

Making Friends has a strong presence in the live-streaming industry, particularly on Douyin. Over the past three years, the company has expanded overseas.

Luo has lately stepped back from Making Friends. In 2001, Luo started his career at New Oriental Education and Technology – China’s largest English education chain at the time. His teaching style earned him a cult following and he is still well-known for his eccentricity and comments on trending topics. Luo's public speeches often go viral.?
