Logory Logistics Technology, a provider of comprehensive digital logistics services, will be listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on March 9, and is expected to raise as much as HK$150 million (US$20 million, 130 million yuan).?

The Ant Group-backed company will be the third online freight logistics platform – after Full Truck Alliance and GoGoX – to go public.

According to its prospectus, by the end of September last year, Logory had provided services to more than 2.7 million truck drivers and completed 36 million orders in China. The company’s revenue in 2021 was 6.3 billion yuan (US$900 million) with profit of 51 million yuan.?

As its biggest external shareholder, Shanghai Yunxin, a subsidiary of Ant Group, holds 14 percent of Logory. The two work together on blockchain and other fintech fields.
